Considered a top location for the visitor or business man, this luxurious studio-apartment in Berlin (33 m², ceilings 3 m) is located in the diplomatic and embassy quarter in the centre of the city. This apartment is very luminous since it is completely glass surrounded by big and plentiful windows. It is located in the first floor, accessible by elevator, and has a private car garage. The tasteful decorated living/bedroom has a king size bed which can be separated into two single beds, and a modern bathroom with rain shower. It is fully equipped with a completely remodeled kitchen with washer/dryer, microwave, toaster, and kettle. Further more there is LCD-TV, Cable TV and CD Radio, and also towels and linen are provided free of charge. To guarantee a certain level of comfort, we only offer the flat for a maximum of 3 guests and a 3 nights minimum stay. But in case you are a big family or group, also in this building you can find apartments Park 1, Park 3, Park 4, and Park 5, so feel free to ask our booking department whether you can rent them together. This way you can enjoy your holiday more by staying all together in the same building!

The apartment in Berlin is located in the diplomatic and embassy quarter, right next to the famous Intercontinental Hotel and Schweizer Hof, the Tiergarten with all its recreational possibilities, and the well known Nollendorf-Winterfeldplatz with all its colorful bars and market places. The flat is just two minutes walking form the Underground station Wittenbergplatz (right next to the famous and elegant Shopping mall KaDeWe, the well known church Gedaechtniskirche, and the popular Zoo with its world famous Aquarium). The most important bus line 200, also called the sightseeing line, because it stops at every important spot of Berlin (for example: Tiergarten, Philarmonie, Unter den Linden, Brandenburger Tor, Checkpoint Charlie, Friedrichstraße, Potsdammer Platz, opera houses und theaters, Alexanderplatz and the world famous museums Pergamon und Bodemuseum), is directly in front of the apartment building.
