Considered a top location for the visitor or business man, this luxurious studio-apartment in Berlin (42 m²) is located in the diplomatic and embassy quarter in the centre of the city. This apartment is very luminous since it is completely glass surrounded by big and plentiful windows. It is located in the ^second floor of the building, accessible by elevator, and has a private car garage at the surcharge of 10€ if needed. The tasteful decorated living/bedroom has a king size bed which can be separated into two single beds. Further more there is LCD-TV, Cable TV, CD Radio, fast Internet connection, and it has a balcony facing to a quiet adorable street. It is fully equipped with a completely remodeled kitchen with washer/dryer, microwave, toaster, and kettle. It features a modern bathroom with rain shower, and towels and linen are provided free of charge. To guarantee a certain level of comfort, we only offer the flat for a maximum of 3 guests and a 3 nights minimum stay. But in case you are a big group or a family of more than 3 members, also in this building you can find apartments Park 1, Park 2, Park 3, Park 4 and Park 4, so feel free to ask our booking department whether you can rent them together.
